Joe Cipparone Gives Speech on Civil Remedies for Financial Exploitation of Seniors
On September 28, 2017, Joe Cipparone will give a talk before attorneys of the Connecticut Bar Association on Civil Remedies for Financial Exploitation of Seniors. Joe’s talk is part of a Connecticut Bar Association seminar entitled “Identifying and Preventing Elder Abuse.” The Bar Association will hold the seminar at its New Britain Headquarters. Joe’s talk will include a discussion of factors to consider in deciding whether to pursue a financial exploitation case. He will review both statutory and common law remedies available to elderly victims of financial exploitation.
